These terms govern use of the public DealershipMCP website and its audit or pilot request forms. A production deployment, paid service, data connection, or pilot requires a separate written agreement with the applicable dealership or authorized provider.
Acceptable use
You may review public material and submit accurate information for an organization you are authorized to represent. You may not probe private systems, submit customer data or credentials, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or use the site unlawfully.
Audit limits
Visibility checks and audits evaluate public AI answers and dealership web content at a point in time. They are diagnostic, may contain errors, and are not legal, regulatory, financial, or compliance advice. We may decline, prioritize, or limit requests.
Product status
The Howard Bentley Agent Gateway is an operating experimental pilot. On-Site AI Search is a pilot module under development. Roadmap descriptions are not promises of availability, results, or delivery dates.
Open-source material
Dealer Agent Protocol and identified open components are licensed under Apache License 2.0 in the linked repository. The license applies to those files, not automatically to DealershipMCP services, trademarks, customer data, or third-party systems.
No partnership claims
Names of software vendors or standards describe compatibility, evidence sources, or comparisons only unless an explicit written partnership is stated.
Disclaimers and liability
The public site and free audits are provided as available without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any contractual service levels, remedies, security duties, and liability limits belong in a signed deployment agreement.
