This policy explains how Dealer Growth Hackers handles information submitted on dealershipmcp.com. Dealer AI Visibility and Dealer AEO Audit have their own policies on their respective domains. A production deployment requires a dealer-specific policy and agreement.
Information we collect
For an audit or pilot request we collect the contact name, work email, organization, role, dealership website, rooftop count, market, stated concern, consent, source page, and operational request metadata. We also receive ordinary security and access logs. Do not submit customer records, credentials, credit data, deal information, or other sensitive personal data.
How we use it
We use request data to assess the public dealership website, prepare the requested audit, respond about the pilot, prevent abuse, operate the service, and keep required business records. We do not sell submitted personal information or publish pilot applications.
Service providers and retention
Hosting and application records may be processed by contracted infrastructure providers acting for us. Request data is retained only as long as needed for the request, legitimate business records, security, and legal obligations. Production query-receipt and handoff retention is configured separately by dealer policy.

Security and changes
We use access controls, encrypted transport, validation, and data minimization, but no system is risk-free. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
