By using the website or public endpoint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those services. The Apache License 2.0 separately governs the open-source materials identified in the repository.
Pilot status
DealershipMCP Gateway implements an editor’s draft of Dealer Agent Protocol. The hosted endpoint is an experimental pilot serving dealer-authorized daily retail inventory. It is not certification, a system of record, a consumer transaction service, an availability promise, or a complete price quote. Vehicle availability, selling price, incentives, required dealer charges, taxes, title, and registration must be verified with the dealership.
License and contributions
Unless a file states otherwise, the public project materials use the Apache License 2.0. Contributions follow the Contribution Guide. The license does not grant permission to imply endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or affiliation with an enrolled dealer.
Acceptable use
You may inspect and test the public read-only service. You may not interfere with operation, bypass access controls or rate limits, scrape abusively, probe for unrelated or private data, introduce malicious payloads, misrepresent the output, falsely claim certification, violate law, or harm others. Never submit credentials, personal information, customer records, confidential dealer information, or data you lack authority to use.
Availability and third parties
Dealer Growth Hackers may change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue the pilot at any time. No uptime, support, or maintenance commitment is offered. Dealer websites, inventory photos, Cloudflare, GitHub, Google, and other third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site, endpoint, software, and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness, noninfringement, availability, or error-free operation. Verify all retail facts with the appropriate authoritative source.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealer Growth Hackers, the creator, maintainers, contributors, and participating dealers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or reliance damages arising from use of or inability to use the services or materials. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
